In the 1950's, we registered for Juristic Ordinary Partnership Ngow Liang Heng with a profession in hand painting Royal grand palace’s wall, gilding image of Buddha, ordinary property painting.
In 1970’s, the company changed its name to Juristic Ordinary Partnership Chai Saeng Tong in an attempt to expand the market with clients from both government sector and private companies.
In 2000’s, we once again changed the name again to Chai Saeng Tong CO LTD with the focus to be a one stop solution for clients offering a variety of services related to coating, painting, repairing, and renovating to serve end-to-end results. These scope of work cover many types of building e.g. Hotel/condominium, residents, factory facilities, inventory, stadium, furniture, and more.
